Robert Anthony Leoni
Founder
With over 30 years of experience in Building & development and a passion for building communities, Robert is a seasoned entrepreneur and the visionary founder of Coast 2 Coast Restoration Group LLC. His extensive career encompasses a diverse array of projects, including mixed-use developments, strip centers, multifamily residences, storage units, and flex units he specializes in Florida and New York and would like to take a piece of Tennessee in the future.
In addition to his development expertise, Robert has successfully managed a mini hedge fund focused on fix-and-flip house investments, collaborating with a close-knit group of friends to capitalize on real estate opportunities. For the past seven years, he has dedicated himself to the restoration industry, specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation, as well as comprehensive rebuilds. Robert has owned and operated several restoration companies, each marked by a commitment to excellence and quality service.
As a family-oriented leader, Robert is grooming his son, Preston, to take the reins of the business, ensuring a legacy of integrity and innovation in the restoration field. He believes in the power of mentorship, surrounding himself with a team of the best professionals and dedicated workers, and takes pride in nurturing the next generation of talent in the industry.

Todd Taylor
Construction Manager
A Long Island native, Todd brings decades of hands-on construction and restoration experience to Coast 2 Coast Restoration. After graduating high school, he studied architecture before deciding to pursue a career in the construction industry full-time.
Todd began his career working in custom cabinetry and luxury limousine interiors before spending several years on a framing crew, where he developed a strong foundation in residential and commercial construction. He later launched a successful window and door installation business in Manhattan before founding and operating his own construction company on Long Island for more than 20 years.
Throughout his career, Todd has managed a wide range of residential, commercial, and restoration projects, including time spent with SERVPRO, further expanding his expertise in property recovery and reconstruction. Today, he serves as Construction Manager for Coast 2 Coast Restoration, helping oversee projects with a focus on quality workmanship, efficient execution, and exceptional customer service.
Carl Becher
Project Manager
Carl Becher began his career in the restoration industry following Hurricane Sandy, gaining hands-on experience in emergency mitigation, environmental remediation, and complex property recovery projects. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in coordinating restoration efforts for residential, commercial, and large-loss properties, helping clients navigate challenging recovery situations with efficiency and professionalism.
Carl holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation (Mold), Applied Structural Drying, and Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup. He is also a New York State Certified Mold Abatement Supervisor and Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, as well as a New York City Site Safety Supervisor.
As Project Manager, Carl oversees mitigation, remediation, and restoration operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
